Will I receive college credits for completing a course/curriculum?

No, this curriculum is not a part of the Charis Bible College curriculum; therefore, completion does not count toward Charis Bible College credits.

Where can I find my access code?

You’ll find your access code for the videos and PDFs on the insert inside the Instruction Booklet.

Why does it say I owe the cost of the product when I’ve already paid?

Once you enter your access code and click “Apply,” the pricing will update to $0.00.

Why doesn’t my USB drive have videos?

The USB drive contains audio-only files.

Why doesn’t my USB have the PDF files?

The USB contains audio-only files. The PDF files are available under the Downloads section of each online lesson.

Can I share my login and password with my friend, spouse, or child?

You can share your login details with members of your household only.

Can I download the videos from the online platform to watch offline?

No, the videos are not formatted to watch offline.

Can I share the video links with family and friends?

No, the videos can be watched together as a group, but no link sharing. You may share your screen with your group during an online meeting.

Can I use this content in a small group setting?

Yes, absolutely!

Can I share the PDF files in a small group setting?

Yes, you can download and print off all the PDF files to hand out to your small group.

Can I share the PDF files with my family and friends?

Yes, you can share as many copies as are needed. 

Can I share the PDF files through email?

Yes, you can download and save the files to your computer and then email them.

Will the USB drive work with my smart TV?

No, we do not support smart TV technology at this time.

Will the USB drive work in my car?
Yes, it will work in any USB port with audio capabilities.

Can I access the curriculum on multiple devices?
Yes, you can use your account info to log in to your computer, smartphone, etc., and continue your progress in the curriculum.

How can I view/edit my profile?

Hover over the avatar (profile icon) at the top of any page, select Settings, and view/edit your profile.

  1. To change your saved email address: Follow the instructions above to view your profile, then edit the Email
  2. To change your password: Follow the instructions above to view your profile, then edit the Password (Note: You will be asked for your current password, a new password, and a verification of the new password. We recommend that you store your password in a safe place for future reference.)

How do I navigate to the course/curriculum lessons?

  1. Select your University or Biblical Worldview curriculum on the Course Library page.
  2. When the Course Summary page opens, select Start Course/Resume Course. Alternatively, scroll down to the bottom of the page to select the section you want.
  3. Play the video on the lesson page that opens or select another video from the playlist on the right-hand panel of the page.

Where can I find more information about the instructor?

You can find a short bio of the instructors at the bottom of each lesson page, as well as at the back of the curriculum guide.
